theCHIVE is seeking an administrative assistant to assist the CEO and President of Resignation Media with day to day work overflow. We only plan on hiring local, so you must live in or around LA and have reliable transportation. Must not suck.

Job Description:

  • Assist the CEO and President of Resignation Media with anything and everything
  • Run errands
  • Manage newsletters for theCHIVE and theBERRY
  • Book travel
  • Curate user submissions
  • Assist in organizing parties
  • Walk the dog
  • Manage schedules
  • Organize and schedule interviews
  • Be on call on the weekends

Requirements:

  • College degree
  • Photoshop and WordPress experience are not mandatory, but would help
  • Car
  • Live within 20 miles of Venice Beach
  • Organized
  • Organized

  • Social media savvy

Compensation and benefits:

  • Position is entry level. Pay is salary based on experience.
  • 12 days paid vacation NOT including taking the week off from Christmas to New Years and a mandatory 3 day paid vacation in August
